Job Title: Mechanical Engineer – Flagship Shopping Centre
Location: North West London
Hours: Mon - Fri. 8AM - 5PM
Salary: £40k + Overtime + Excellent Benefits

An established Facilities Management provider is offering a standout opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to join the on-site team at a major shopping centre in North West London. This is not a static, back-of-house role. It’s a high-visibility position on a busy, modern retail destination where engineering standards directly shape the experience of thousands of visitors every day. The successful candidate will be part of a professional, well-supported team responsible for keeping the centre running at its best. - Work closely with subcontractors and site teams to keep standards high
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements

Essential:
- Mechanical qualification (NVQ / C&G Level 2 or equivalent)
- Experience working within commercial, retail, or large public buildings
- Strong understanding of mechanical building services systems
- Solid fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a similar high-footfall site
- Mechanical qualification (NVQ / C&G Level 3 or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge of BMS or controls systems
