Join a Modern Landmark Development We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Electrically Biased) with strong mechanical knowledge to join a specialist engineering team supporting one of London’s newest state-of-the-art commercial developments.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a modern, high-spec building environment, maintaining advanced plant equipment and building systems while ensuring the smooth and safe operation of critical facilities.

You will become part of a professional and collaborative engineering team, playing a key role in delivering high-quality maintenance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building systems
  • Maintain and service critical plant including:
    • Combined Heat & Power (CHP) systems
    • Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
    • Diesel generators
    • Chillers
    • Air handling systems
    • Building Maintenance Units (BMU)
  • Diagnose faults and implement effective repair solutions to minimise downtime
  • Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations, industry standards, and company procedures
  • Support the day-to-day operational performance of the building alongside a skilled engineering team
What We’re Looking For
  • Electrically qualified engineer with mechanical knowledge of building services plant
  • Experience within commercial building services, facilities management, or maintenance environments
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
  • Good understanding of health & safety practices
  • A proactive team player with a professional and reliable approach
