Role Overview
As a Data Centre / Critical Site Engineer, you will maintain highly resilient systems where uptime is essential. Working in a professional, safety-focused environment, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to critical power and infrastructure systems, supported by an experienced engineering and management team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works in line with agreed schedules.
Complete all maintenance tasks to a high technical and professional standard.
Produce clear, accurate technical reports and documentation.
Use company systems to ensure contractual compliance and accurate record-keeping.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and clients.
Provide first-line out-of-hours call-out support when required.
Escalate site incidents promptly and professionally.
Supervise subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.
Support management with quotations for additional or remedial works.
Attend team meetings, briefings, and training sessions.
Submit accurate weekly timesheets.
Maintain strict compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications & Authorisations
Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical qualifications
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
HVAP and/or LVAP authorisation
Skills & Attributes
Proactive, reliable, and detail-focused approach
Strong interest in critical environments and long-term career development
