Commercial Drainage Engineer
Location: Multiple Sites – M25 Corridor
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Drainage Engineer to join our growing team, supporting a portfolio of commercial properties across the M25 corridor.
This role offers long-term stability, a competitive salary, a company vehicle, and the opportunity to work on complex, high-value commercial drainage systems within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and survey commercial drainage systems to identify blockages, leaks, structural defects, and performance issues
Carry out and oversee drainage installations, repairs, and planned and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites
Ensure all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with industry standards and statutory regulations
Produce clear technical reports, specifications, and recommendations for remedial works, upgrades, and asset improvements
Work closely with facilities managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to deliver works on time and to commercial standards
Implement preventative maintenance strategies to reduce flooding risk, water ingress, and business disruption
Apply sustainable drainage solutions where appropriate, supporting environmental and ESG objectives
Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety legislation, RAMS, and site-specific compliance requirements
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in commercial drainage engineering or a closely related discipline
Strong technical knowledge of commercial drainage systems, materials, and installation methods
Ability to work independently across multiple sites, effectively managing workload and priorities
Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach when liaising with stakeholders and site teams
Full UK driving licence (essential)
