Chief People Officer | Hospitality Group | Mediterranean |  €180,000 Base + Bonus

I am recruiting a Chief People Officer for a leading hospitality group.

The group operates multiple hotels and restaurants. They are transitioning into a more structured corporate environment and need a strong leader to build the framework, reporting structure and governance required to operate at the level of larger international players.

This will require resilience, structure and a hands-on approach. You will need to build, implement and train.

Your Experience


  • Proven experience as Chief People Officer or HR Director within multi property hospitality groups
  • Strong hotel and restaurant background is essential
  • Experience leading large workforces across multiple sites
  • Experience in international openings and rapid expansion
  • Background in businesses transitioning from entrepreneurial to structured corporate models
  • Hands on operator comfortable building systems from the ground up
  • Experience developing reporting structures, SOPs and governance frameworks
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence owners and senior stakeholders
  • Track record within commercially successful organisations

Your Responsibilities


  • Lead and restructure the group HR function
  • Oversee payroll, recruitment, training, administration, employer branding, wellbeing and policy management
  • Build clear reporting structures and accountability frameworks
  • Implement structured SOPs across all properties
  • Drive a unified culture across the group
  • Lead and develop an HR team of approximately 12 people
  • Support significant headcount growth linked to new openings
