Electrical Engineer – Static Site, Maidenhead
📍 Location: Maidenhead
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with strong technical expertise and leadership capability to join our Facilities Management team at a static site in Maidenhead.

Role Overview
As a key member of the team, you will maintain and optimise the performance of electrical systems, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency across the site. You will be responsible for:
Delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Maintaining FCUs, AHUs, and HVAC equipment
Conducting emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
Responding promptly to reactive maintenance tasks
Supporting general building maintenance, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality
Key Responsibilities
Execute PPM tasks to maximise electrical system performance
Supervise and maintain FCUs, AHUs, and other HVAC systems
Conduct emergency lighting and fire alarm testing in line with compliance requirements
Respond efficiently to reactive maintenance requests
Support general building maintenance while promoting a safe working environment
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications & Certifications
Fully qualified Electrician (C&G or NVQ Level 2/3)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Experience & Skills
Proven experience in electrical engineering within the facilities management sector
Ability to supervise and lead a small team
Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
Strong technical knowledge of building services and electrical systems
Committed, proactive, and consistently delivers high standards
