Key Responsibilities
Team Collaboration

Actively engage with colleagues to promote teamwork, service excellence, and professional development

Operational Duties

Adhere strictly to client contract requirements, consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs

Deliver reactive and planned maintenance works to a high standard

Follow established operating procedures and emergency response protocols

Champion Risk & Safety practices to minimise service disruption and maintain site resilience

Collaborate with the wider team to identify opportunities to enhance technical service delivery

Demonstrate a proactive, continuous improvement mindset focused on service quality and reliability

Desired Experience & Technical Skills

HV/LV Authorised Person (AP15) status (refresher training available)

Current IEE Wiring Regulations or equivalent mechanical engineering qualification

HNC or HND in Engineering

Confined Space Authorised Person (refresher training available)

Mechanical Pressure Systems Authorised Person (refresher training available)

IOSH certification

Essential Qualifications & Experience

City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ in an electrical or mechanical discipline

Previous experience working within a critical engineering or high-reliability facility

Strong PC literacy, including experience with BMS and digital control/monitoring systems

Work Location & Pattern

Rotational 12-hour shift pattern covering both day and night shifts

Flexibility to support the team outside scheduled shifts when required

Role based on-site at the client’s premises
