Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Day Supervisor (Electrical Bias) to support the fit-out and transition to full operation of a new corporate headquarters. The successful candidate will act as the day-to-day operational supervisor during the fit-out phase, with responsibility for safe electrical isolations, restoration of power, and the issuing and management of Permits to Work (PTW) for contractors. As the building progresses toward live operation, the role will evolve to support mobilisation, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.
This is a unique opportunity to be involved from mobilisation through to full operation of a best-in-class smart building, offering exposure to cutting-edge FM technologies and future-focused operating models.
