Are you a qualified Electrical Engineer with strong technical expertise and leadership skills? We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to join our Facilities Management team at a static site in Maidenhead.

Role Overview
As a key member of our team, you will maintain and optimise the performance of electrical systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability across the site. You will be responsible for:
Executing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Managing FCUs, AHUs, and HVAC equipment
Conducting Emergency Light Testing and Fire Alarm Testing
Responding to Reactive Maintenance tasks
Supporting general building maintenance, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality
Key Responsibilities
Deliver PPM tasks to ensure optimal electrical system performance
Supervise and maintain FCUs, AHUs, and HVAC systems
Conduct emergency lighting and fire alarm testing in line with compliance standards
Respond promptly and efficiently to reactive maintenance issues
Support the general upkeep of the building and promote a safe working environment
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications: Fully qualified Electrician (C&G or NVQ Level 2/3)
Certification: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Experience: Proven experience in electrical engineering within the facilities management sector
Leadership: Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
Client-Facing Skills: Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of building services and electrical systems
Reliability: Committed, proactive, and able to deliver consistently high standards
