Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works in line with company schedules
- Complete all maintenance activities to a high professional and technical standard
- Produce accurate technical and activity reports in line with company procedures
- Use company systems proactively to ensure ongoing contractual and compliance adherence
- Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, management, and clients
- Provide first-line out-of-hours call-out support for the site
- Escalate any major site issues or incidents to management promptly
- Assist management with quotations for additional or remedial works by providing accurate technical information
- Attend team meetings, briefings, and training sessions as required
- Submit accurate weekly timesheets on time
- Supervise subcontractors while on site, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
- Represent the company professionally at all times
- Comply fully with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality legislation and company policies
- Handle, store, and use materials and equipment in line with health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Actively participate in health & safety processes, including risk assessments, audits, and incident reporting
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the Contract Manager or line management
- Level 2 & Level 3 Electrical Qualifications
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- HVAP / LVAP Authorisation
