Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works in line with schedules
- Complete all maintenance tasks to a high technical and professional standard
- Produce clear and accurate technical reports and documentation
- Use company systems to ensure full contractual and compliance adherence
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and clients
- Provide first-line out-of-hours call-out support when required
- Escalate site incidents and issues promptly and professionally
- Supervise subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
- Assist management with quotations for additional or remedial works
- Attend team meetings, briefings, and training sessions
- Submit accurate weekly timesheets
- Maintain strict compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards
- Level 2 & Level 3 Electrical Qualifications
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- HVAP / LVAP Authorisation
- A proactive and reliable approach with strong attention to detail
