You’ll play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems that keep critical operations running 24/7.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and maintain LV/MV electrical systems, mechanical plant, HVAC, UPS, and generators
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve faults to maintain maximum system uptime
Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance works
Carry out authorised high and low voltage switching in accordance with Safe Systems of Work
Supervise subcontractors, ensuring full compliance with H&S and operational standards
Use BMS, PMS, and CMS systems for monitoring, reporting, and fault management
🛠️ What We’re Looking For
Completed engineering apprenticeship or equivalent technical qualification
Proven experience in critical facilities, data centres, or other high-pressure environments
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and building services
Confident problem-solver with strong communication and teamwork skills
NCC, REC, or equivalent certifications (desirable, not essential)
