The Role Based primarily in London Waterloo, with occasional exposure to Liverpool Street, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to work within a professional, fast-paced commercial environment. If you’re electrically biased, hold qualifications such as NVQ, City & Guilds, and 17th/18th Edition, and have a solid background in commercial maintenance, this is an opportunity to truly shine.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance
- Working closely with a skilled on-site engineering team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Taking ownership of client-facing responsibilities, representing the business with confidence and professionalism
- Salary up to £50,000, reflecting your skills and experience
- 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (7am–7pm), offering excellent work-life balance
- 20 days annual leave to rest, recharge, and reset
- Exposure to prime London locations and landmark commercial sites
