The Role: Facilities Manager

Sector: Hospitality / QSR

Location: West London

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000

I am working with a QSR client to find them a strong Facilities manager. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the team and support across a large, National estate for a QSR brand.

The Facilities Manager role is a key appointment for the group, and it comes at a very exciting time. There are some significant changes ahead that this role will play a critical role in the transformation of the FM function.

The ideal candidate

You will have experience of managing FM and Maintenance for a fast-paced, multi-site business, ideally QSR / Restaurants. You will take ownership of the 3rd party suppliers across property maintenance, engineering, cleaning and on occasion for refurbishment / construction too. You will work collaboratively with site based teams, ensuring swift action and the correct line of escalation is followed.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and deliver the FM, Maintenance and Projects strategy for all properties.
  • Manage the operational and capital budgets for the supply chain.
  • Act as the strategic lead for all FM supplier relationships across the group, demystifying complex solutions and data to provide simple business cases for senior management review.
  • Own and deliver the implementation of a suitable supplier management (SRM) strategy for all FM suppliers.
  • Develop the contract tendering timeline, working closely with the Procurement to team to drive value with new contracts and continuously improving services.
  • Be a subject matter expert for FM, providing technical advice and guidance to senior stakeholders within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with your colleagues across the trading businesses to align priorities and deliver excellent service and FM support.
  • Introduce insightful supplier performance reporting for the FM team, primarily focussing on complex data sets provided by suppliers and from our own Finance and Accounts teams.
