We are working with a leading real estate management company providing full-service asset and property management solutions across the UK. About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join the dynamic real estate management team. You will take responsibility for a key retail client contract, overseeing a diverse portfolio of retail assets. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with a high-profile client, lead proactive asset management initiatives, and contribute to the long-term success of their retail strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of retail properties in line with client objectives.
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximise income and value.
- Liaise with tenants, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor lease events, rent reviews, and service charge budgets.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to the client.
- Support junior team members and foster strong collaborative working relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- MRICS qualification with substantial post-qualification experience.
- Proven track record in retail property or asset management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent understanding of landlord and tenant law.
- Commercial awareness with an eye for identifying value-add opportunities.
