Location: Royal Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £30k-£32k

The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support their operations in the building services space. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team that works closely with internal departments and external clients, ensuring high service standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer requests and provide clear, helpful feedback
Coordinate emergency call-outs and support clients during urgent events
Accurately log calls and ensure resolution within agreed service levels (SLAs)
Manage maintenance schedules, reactive work orders, and service calls
Issue planned preventative maintenance tasks and monitor contractor performanceKeep clients informed of progress on all works relative to SLAs
Provide cross-functional administrative support when required
Escalate risks and incidents to the Contract Manager for resolution
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in contract administration, facilities management, or a related field
Strong communication and customer service skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Familiarity with CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) systems
Knowledge of the building services industry is highly regarded
Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline preferred
