As an Area Technical Services Lead, you will provide technical support throughout the entire project lifecycle. From scoping and specifications to procurement and tender review, you will oversee work plans, technical reporting, management data, and the verification of completed work. You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and end users to resolve technical issues and promote best practices in building services.

This is not an IT role, although strong IT skills are needed. Applicants must have extensive knowledge of maintaining building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, security, communication, and building automation systems.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven track record in Building Services and Maintenance Supply Chain Management

If you have the relevant skills and experience, we would love to receive your application. Don't miss this chance to be part of a dynamic team and make a real impact in our community!
