The Role: Head of Hotel Services – Immediate Start (London)
Location: London - Kensington
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: 3 months initially, with strong potential to become permanent
Start: Immediate
My client is a leading facilities management company with the unique opportunity for a Head of Hotel Services at a vibrant, seasonal London site with over 700 rooms. We are seeking an experienced and motivated manager with a passion for excellence and high standards to oversee all aspects of hotel services.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a large team of housekeeping and cleaning staff, ensuring seamless delivery of hotel services across the site.
- Oversee cleaning, housekeeping, room replenishment, and linen services to maintain exceptional standards.
- Implement efficient processes to maximize guest satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor quality control and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, supporting staff development and high performance.
What we need from you:
- Proven leadership experience in hotel services or similar roles (Head of Housekeeping, Executive Housekeeper, or Hotel Services Manager in a large hotel).
- Strong ability to manage, motivate, and develop large teams.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly in a seasonal, fast-paced environment.
