Office Manager – MOD Housing Contract (Service Provider)
Location: Gosport
Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Our client is a trusted service provider delivering essential housing maintenance and repair services under a long-term MOD contract. We are seeking a hands-on, organised, and experienced Office Manager to lead our administrative operations in Gosport.
About the Role:
As Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. You’ll oversee office administration and scheduling teams, coordinate closely with our field engineers, and ensure effective service delivery for MOD housing and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, ensuring a productive and professional working environment.
Supervise and support the scheduling/coordinator team to ensure efficient deployment of engineers.
Liaise with field engineers and supervisors to coordinate job completion, updates, and priorities.
Monitor workloads, KPIs, and service levels in line with MOD contract requirements.
Handle internal communications, reporting, and ensure compliance with all admin processes.
Act as a key point of contact for client queries and operational issues.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in office management, ideally within a service-based or maintenance environment.
Excellent coordination and people management skills.
Strong communication abilities with experience liaising between field teams and back-office staff.
Organised and proactive, able to prioritise in a busy, fast-paced setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and job management software (experience with CAFM systems is a plus).
Previous experience with MOD contracts or working in a compliance-driven environment is desirable.
