Location: Home based – Dublin with occasional travel
Salary: €55,000 – €65,000
Type: Hybrid (Approx. 2 days on-site, 3 days remote)
We’re working with a well-established infrastructure group to recruit a Facilities Contract Manager to oversee a multi-site portfolio covering a mix of social housing and higher education sites across Ireland. This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring service delivery, performance monitoring, and stakeholder relationships are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Supporting the management of FM service providers and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Reviewing service reports, help desk data, maintenance logs, and performance metrics
• Conducting regular site inspections and supporting PPM and compliance audits
• Coordinating lifecycle, defect, and insurance claim processes
• Managing client relationships, monthly reporting cycles, and contract deliverables
• Overseeing contract variations, supporting the resolution of service issues, and tracking key actions
• Acting as a day-to-day liaison between stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and resolving escalations
Candidate Requirements
• Facilities or Project Management experience across multi-site operations
• Previous FM experience within social housing, student accommodation, or similar residential sectors
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing experience
• Sound knowledge of compliance, performance monitoring, and FM reporting
• Confident managing audits, contract variations, and lifecycle-related works
• Highly organised, analytical, and able to prioritise tasks across a diverse portfolio
• Willingness to travel occasionally as part of a hybrid role
