I have a client looking for an experienced Plumber with City and Guild/NVQ qualifications to do Planned and Maintenance work at their site.
Details of assignment:
- Carry out work activities which are both routine and non-routine.
- Carry out new works, repairs and routine planned maintenance activities to mechanical and heating, hot and cold water plant, equipment and services.
- Carry out reactive work requests, minor new installation requests and weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets efficiently.
- Escort contractors carrying out inspections, installations
- strictly adhere to the relevant policies and procedures, maintain tool lists and comply with Health and Safety and Security Regulations
- UK Manual driving licence
Job Details;
- The role is Paying £24.67ph on a temp to perm basis on a 37.5 hour week.
- You can be paid PAYE or Umbrella.
- THe role is 6-12 months with the ability to go permanent afterwards.
