Chef de Partie – Contracts-Monday to Friday Basildon – 34K
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Chef de Partie to join a high-volume kitchen in Basildon. This role is ideal for a skilled and creative chef looking to be part of a dynamic team, working with fresh, seasonal ingredients in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
- Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast (300 covers) and lunch (300 covers) daily
- Work as part of a seven-person team in a well-structured kitchen
- Involved in menu planning, food prep, hygiene compliance, and occasional customer-facing service
- Maintain health and safety standards and contribute to innovative menu ideas
What’s on Offer:
- Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + sign-on bonus
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (40 hours per week)

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven CDP experience in a high-volume, quality-focused kitchen
- Creativity and passion for fresh, seasonal food
- Strong culinary skills and menu planning experience
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Driver’s license required due to location
