The Role: Broker – Pubs and Restaurants
Sector: Property - Licensed Premises
Location: Various UK Locations
Salary: £35,000 to £55,000 - DOE

I am currently working with a well-known property consultancy who specialise in the sale and purchase of hospitality properties and businesses. PUBS is a significant sector for them, and they are looking for passionate people to join their expanding team.
You don’t have to have a property background to succeed in this role, but you will need the following:
• The ability to forge strong relationships
• Good financial management skills
• Genuine love and passion for the Pub sector
• Excellent organisation skills
• Great communications skills
• An outgoing personality
• The desire to succeed
What you’ll do:
You will join the team who manage the sale / purchase transactions. You will partner with business owners and the in-house valuations team to establish the value of their business and take it to market on your client’s behalf. You will be organised and manage the transaction through great communication with all parties from start to finish.
This is a great opportunity to push your career in a new and exciting direction. It would really suit someone who has experience at operations level, perhaps in a group capacity, and who thrives in an environment that promotes growth. If you have worked through a pub / hotel or restaurant sale or purchase before, it would be an advantage but is not a prerequisite.
