What You’ll Do:
- Oversee a team of Chefs and Kitchen Porters, ensuring smooth operations.
- Support with menu planning and daily printing.
- Act as the Allergen Champion, ensuring compliance and safety.
- Maintain high standards during busy periods throughout the day.
- Ensure health and safety is maintained, reporting any incidents as required.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Experience managing a fast-paced kitchen.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including 1 weekend in 3.
- Access to your own transport.
