Job Title: Plumber
Location: Swindon
Salary:
£40k - £43k per annum
Permanent Contract
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Callout rota: 1 in 4 (includes £100 standing payment + minimum 4 hours paid)
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x after 40 hours
Generous Holiday:25 days annual leave + bank holidays
Company Van + Fuel Card provided
About the Role:
Are you a skilled plumber looking to work with a leading FM company? Our client is seeking a Plumber to handle both planned and reactive maintenance across various school sites in Swindon. Your Responsibilities:
- Carry out Plumbing maintenance and respond to reactive issues on school premises
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day on-site problems to ensure smooth operation
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a commercial maintenance role
NVQ in Plumbing
Solid understanding of building services/maintenance
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Enhanced DBS clearance (this will be required upon successful offer of the role)
A full driving licence is required as you will be required to attend different schools in the area
