Are you an experienced Accountant with solid knowledge of DATEV and SAP? We have an excellent opportunity for you to manage the financial operations of a well-established European property. This role is ideal for a professional ready to work independently, reporting directly to the General Manager and collaborating with a Group Financial Director and external accounting partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain internal financial controls for income, expenses, and asset management
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping and ensure the accuracy of accounts payable and receivable
- Collaborate with the General Manager to provide regular financial updates and insights
- Approve and oversee the property’s transactions, including payroll, sales, and purchases
- Provide financial analyses to support profitability improvements
- Coordinate with external accounting partners and manage central accounting processes
- Prepare and submit financial reports, forecasts, and budgets in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with financial policies by managing cash flow, credit, and collections
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Proficiency in DATEV and SAP
- Fluent in German (C2 level required)
- Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
- Strong business insight with a proactive, hands-on approach
