Client-Side Maintenance Engineer (Multiskilled)
We are partnering with a Nationwide Storage Group, hiring a multiskilled engineer to join the in-house maintenance team in a mobile role, based from your local storage outlet.
You will be joining a fast-growing property business with over 60 storage sites across London and further afield, in addition to flexible offices spaces. Your role will see you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance across multiple sites.
The position comes with a company vehicle and will see you reporting into the FM in a varied position conducting plumbing, carpentry, sheet metal work, painting and electricals for sites across the south of London (SW/SE). The role will suit someone living south of the Thames.
The ideal candidate will either be an engineer already or perhaps a handyman / woman or hands-on caretaker, preferably with retail grounding (not essential) or 3-5 years’ experience in a similar / commercial environment. You will also need to hold a full, clean driver’s license and the appropriate industry recognised qualifications.
