Property Manager – FIELD BASED ROLE
- Up to £60,000 per annum
- MCIOB, RICS or similar qualification is desirable
- M&E / Building Services within large multi – occupancy buildings focused
- Open on location for the right candidate
About the company:
Our client is a fast growth hotel management company with 30+ hotels and 2 new sites under development. They pride themselves in delivering 5* service to customers whilst providing the best hospitality journey.
About the role:
As a Property Manager you will play a key factor in supporting the Property Director whilst travelling across the UK managing a diverse range of properties. Managing all aspects around repairs, maintenance, project management, H&S, budget planning and risk management.
All about YOU:
- Ability to work at pace and meet deadlines
- Self-starter and able to work under your own initiative as well as part of a small team
- Relationship development, both internally and with lead contractors, suppliers and consultants.
