About the company:
My clients focus is the wellbeing of the communities they serve and managing the pest risks in the most environmentally responsible way. Their vision came to life in 2023 and the mission is to build a successful pest control business operating across multiple markets.
About the role:
As Head of Operations you would be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery and organic growth of the company’s pest control and extreme cleaning division throughout the UK & Ireland, seamlessly integrating the operations of new acquisitions and new customers as the company grows to deliver an outstanding customer service and colleague experience.
About YOU:
- Pest control experience
- Running concurrent post-acquisition integrations.
- Integrating a significant number of small acquisitions where systems and processes are often under-developed or do not exist.
- A valid driving licence & access to own vehicle.
