We are currently looking to recruit an exciting new role within the Estates department. The Chief M&E Engineer is responsible for all aspects of the delivery of Mechanical and Electrical Services, responsible for Statutory & PPM maintenance schedules and facilities hard services management for Kew. Developing new PPM schedules to enhance the lifespan of the services installed with the Estate.
The role will also support the Key functions of the Estates department including: Capital Projects, Sustainability, Compliance & Facilities and the Estates Helpdesk.
This is a key leadership role within the Estates department that will interface with a number of teams and departments across the organisation and will be focused on building Estates excellence, delivering a wide range of services and projects and supporting the aims and objectives of the Estates department as a whole.
