PFI Assistant Manager
We are seeking a PFI Assistant Manager to join a successful Asset Management Organisation on a PFI contract in Nottinghamshire to over
see the execution of our Management Services Agreement with the Project Company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all obligations outlined in the PFI Management Services Agreement and Project Agreement.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of PFI project documents and liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- Manage financial obligations and invoicing processes in collaboration with the project's Finance Manager.
- Oversee insurance matters and ensure compliance with the PFI Project Agreement requirements.
- Facilitate resolution of PFI contractual issues and manage performance monitoring regimes.
- Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and provide guidance to all parties as necessary.
Experience and Competencies:
- Proven experience in managing complex PFI Project Agreements
- Strong understanding of funding and PFI contractual structures
- Successful track record in stakeholder management at a senior level.
- Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with detailed contractual/legal documents.
- Proficiency in risk assessment, dispute resolution, and value for money principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities in an inter-agency setting.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex issues clearly and persuasively.
