The Role: Building Services Supervisor
Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Sector: Facilities Management – M&E
About the company:
Our client is a serviced focused, customer centric facilities management company in the UK and they are set to continue to grow. We are looking for a Building Services Supervisor who loves all things mechanical and electrical services as well as having experience in dealing with soft and hard services. A bright, enthusiastic individual to join the team!
About the role:
You will be required to manage the onsite relationship between our client and theirs. Apart of this role also includes but is not limited to reactive & PPM works, ensuring statutory compliance, managing and delivering small projects, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Previously managed a team of Engineers.
- Relevant experience in a similar position.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment.
- Ensure that all PPM tasks are completed on time, in line with specifications and any remedials accurately reported.
- Develop and project manage minor works.
Qualifications:
- Recognised, relevant HVAC engineering qualifications.
- Full UK driving licence
- IOSH managing safely or NEBOSH
- City & Guilds 18th Edition
