Grounds Maintenance Operative
Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative for maintenance work around domestic properties in Slough.
The Grounds Maintenance Operative will be a van-mobile operative, receiving a van, fuel card, and any specialist tools required.
Hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday
Pay: £15.29 per hour Umbrella PAYE
Responsibilities of the Grounds Maintenance Operative:
- Perform grounds maintenance in communal areas as directed
- Tasks include grass cutting, pruning, and litter picking
- Record site visits and tasks using PDA system
- Follow Health & Safety policies; use provided PPE
- Maintain clean equipment; report defects to supervisor
About you as the Grounds Maintenance Operative:
- Experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative
- Recognised grounds maintenance certificates (ideal)
- Full UK Driving Licence
