The Role: Operations Manager
Location: Surrey + occasional travel
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + bonus

Are you ready to lead operations in an exciting, fast-paced environment with a leading competitive socialising company? We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager who thrives in overseeing production and manufacturing processes to ensure seamless operations.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Production Oversight: Utilize your experience in production or manufacturing settings to optimize workflows and manage resources effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality standards to uphold commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Requirements:


  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in operations management, ideally within production or manufacturing.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Leadership Skills: Track record of successfully leading teams to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required.
