  • Static Electrican 
  • £36-£40k per annum 
  • Resident site in Edinburgh 
  • Mon-Fri 40 hours per week
  • 24 days holiday plus 8 
  • Overtime paid x1.5 

My client is currently for an Electrician to work as part of their well-established maintenance team, based on a large educational site. You will report into the supervisor and work alongside other engineers to bring a full ppm and reactive service to all building services on the site.

 

Duties of the role include:


  • Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance works to all buildings
  • Working alongside and managing subcontractors
  • Working on lifecycle and minor repair works
  • Working to all policy and procedures concerning health and safety
  • Electrics covered include lighting, wiring, BMS, alarms, generators, LV and HV etc

This a great opportunity to work for a local business on a well-established site with a strong team.

The candidate:


  • The ideal candidate must have:
  • Electrical qualifications - either City and Guilds or NVQ
  • 17th or 18th edition
  • 2391 testing & inspection of benefit 
  • Good customer service skills
  • Strong fabric skills.
