40 hours per week
Hours 8 AM - 5 PM
24 days holiday PLUS bank holidays
On-call rota 1 in 5
On-call paid 4 hours plus travel time
Business-only use of a car is provided
Our client is looking for a Contract Supervisor to join their team, either mechanical or electrical bias. The role is 80% office and 20% site working with a team of 7 engineers. The sites are housing associations in the region.
The Role
- Covering planned maintenance, completion and following remedial work actions, reactive works, quoting works, diagnosing issues and attending sites.
- Have good knowledge of a CAFM system
- Be familiar with industry H&S Standards
- Safe Supervision of all personnel including the management of specialist Sub-Contractors
- Ability to provide Technical Assistance to other Engineers and Mentor as appropriate.
- Maintain all Compliance Records and certification to the standard required by legislation.
- Ensure all jobs are prepared for invoicing correctly and timeously.
- Deliver customer satisfaction in accordance with the agreed KPI's, SLA/Contract.
- Taking appropriate action as required and being prepared for contingencies
- You must hold a recognised industry qualification will be required, and previous experience is essential.
- First aid trained (preferable but not essential)
- Be computer literate
- Be a good communicator
- Be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
