Project Manager 

£55k plus car/car allowance

Bonus, pension, private healthcare

25 holidays plus bank holidays ( 32 in total)

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team and oversee a number of projects across the central belt of Scotland. 

The Role


  • Managing project works across a large social housing contract
  • Ensuring projects are on site and set up to start
  • Overseeing projects such as light refurbs and upgrades, digitalisation of alarm upgrades, multi story refurbishments, gas pipe upgrades
  • Looking after 3-5 projects at anyone time up to the value of £5M per year
  • ensuring Health & Safety being adhered to on site
  • Overseeing helpdesk and ensuring jobs are closed down
  • Reports 
  • Providing the client with information 
  • Reporting back to the Account and Regional Manager 
  • Managing outstanding debt and invoices

Qualifications & Experience


  • Must have experience of working with a social housing/Housing association contracts
  • Mechanical / electrical background
  • must be able to manage own time 
  • Driver
