Carpenter
Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter for repair work within domestic properties, covering Welwyn Garden and Hatfield.
The Carpenter will be a van-mobile operative, receiving a van, fuel card, and any specialist tools required.
08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities of the Carpenter:
- Perform inspections and repairs on wooden fixtures within domestic properties
- Diagnose and resolve carpentry issues
- Install new wooden fixtures and repairs, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory of materials used
- Uphold safety standards and provide tenants with guidance on carpentry safety practices
About you as the Carpenter:
- Experienced Carpenter
- Recognised carpentry certificates (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
