The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Supervision of a team of 6 multiskilled engineers
- Management and planning of PPM and reactive maintenance schedules
- Organisation of labour, ensuring workloads are distributed amongst the team
- Overseeing compliance across the site
- Management of subcontractors, issuing RAMS, permits, and completing site audits
- Assisting with the supervision of H&S across site
- Participating in emergency escalation calls when required
The Maintenance Supervisor will have:
- C&G Level Electrical or Mechanical
- Experience as a supervisor
