We are now looking for a new Contract Support to be a key member of the day to day operations here at our regional office. Here you will be helping to support contracts working across commercial, educational and council sites.
Previous experience working in a Maintenance/Service Administrator position would be highly desirable.

- Proficient on full Microsoft Office Suite
- Confident telephone manner
- Fast pace working
- Ability to work as a team.
- Confident in working alone and using initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure.

- Approving jobs for invoicing.
- Booking jobs in with tenants.
- Dealing with contractor's queries.
- Dealing with clients queries
