Position Overview:
Seeking a vAN  Mobile Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer, proficient in electrical work with a comprehensive grasp of Electrical Engineer systems. This role involves executing both planned maintenance tasks and reacting promptly to service needs within designated areas.
Location:

SidCup 

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 
Call Out 1 in 6 

Primary Duties:
    • Carry out Electrical PPM's and reactive maintenance 
    • Carry out electrical installation works as required
    • Work as part of a team utilising other skills as required.
    • General Building Maintenance 
    • PPM and reactive Maintenance on Electrical, Mechanical and Building Fabrics
    • Respond promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as and where necessary.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Level 2 & 3 Electrical 
  • 18th Edition 
  • Good knowledge of Electrical
