- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Availability for On-call Duties
- General visual site inspections across plant rooms and communal spaces
- Painting & Decorating
- Tiling
- Carpentry
- Basic plumbing
- Drainage & flushing
- Changing light bulbs
- Emergency light testing
- Fire alarm/door testing
- Grouting & Plastering
- Minor electrical works
- Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
City & Guilds 18th Edition certification.
- Proven experience in a comparable Building Service Role.
- Proficiency in planned preventative maintenance procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot single and three-phase control and distribution circuits.
- Familiarity with Lighting, Motor, UPS Systems, emergency generation, and HVAC plant equipment.
City & Guilds/BTEC in Electrical Engineering.
- Familiarity with Computacenter head office systems.
- Certified in using access equipment.
- Specialized training in relevant areas.
- Health and safety qualifications.

- Minimized downtime for crucial services.
- Proactive approach to identifying and rectifying defects.
- Rigorous adherence to statutory and health & safety regulations.
