Job Title: Technical Supervisor
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £38,000+Bonus
Holidays: 25 Days + 8 Bank Holidays

For this role you can be someone ready to take the next step into a supervisor role as its managing a small team of 3 other multiskilled engineers.
The key Responsibilities for an Technical Supervisor:
- Ensure all technical KPIs and SLAs are met for planned and reactive activities
- Budgeting/reporting duties
- Day to day running of the site
- Carry out on going condition reports on assets via companies’ system, highlighting any additional plant and equipment not recorded
- Attend all booked/arranged training and meetings
- Ensure all email accounts are managed and any responses required are actioned in a timely manner
- Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service
- Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers
- Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard
- Liaise with client/management
Qualifications / Experience for an Technical Supervisor:
- 18th Edition qualified
- NVQ Level 2/3 Electrical Installation (desirable)
- Experienced with KPIs/SLAs
- Well-presented
- Experienced in dealing with clients
