£30,000 - £32,000 per annum
Permanent
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
The role:
Our client, a leading Facilities Management company, is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a hospital site based in Liverpool. The site is a specialised mental health facility.
Responsibilities:
Ensure timely completion of delegated reactive Works orders and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) within defined SLAs and KPIs.
Maintain daily communication with the helpdesk/Supervisor to provide status updates on PPM and Reactive tasks.
Adhere to the company's Health and Safety policy.
Collaborate effectively with an electrician as a dynamic team to accomplish two-man jobs.
Skills & Attributes:
Experienced maintenance engineer
Proficient in basic plumbing and fabric tasks such as carpentry, plastering, decorating
Excellent customer service skills.
Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Thorough understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
Competent in computer usage and data handling, including Microsoft Office systems.
Familiarity with fire alarm tests, emergency light flick tests, water temperatures, and flushing.
A full DBS check will be completed
