Highways Operations Manager

We are recruiting for an Assistant Operations Manager in highway maintenance
Summary:
- Assistant Operations Manager
- Location: Anglesey
- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Package
- Must be able to speak Welsh
- PFI Highways experience
- Engineering
- Facilities Management
Duties:
- - Produce reports
- - Chair meetings
- - Manage liaison procedures
- - Deliver annual reports
- - Coordinate orders
- - Ensure health and safety compliance
- - Manage projects up to £50,000
- - Coordinate with contractors and suppliers
- - Assist in CDM documentation
- - Manage development communications
- - Identify network improvements
- - Liaise for procurement and quality processes
- - Serve as main compliance contact
- - Manage day-to-day operations
- - Oversee service providers and contractors
- - Ensure contract compliance
- - Liaise with stakeholders
Requirements:
- - 3+ years experience in highways maintenance essential
- PFI - desirable
- Engineering desirable or hard service understanding
- -Must be able to speak Welsh (conversational) - essential
- - Contract specification experience
- - Facilities Management experience
- - Previous management experience
- - Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- - IOSH or SMSTS qualification
