Assistant PFI Manager
We have an exciting role for an Assistant PFI Manager in London to join our clients team and play a pivotal role in managing and optimising PFI assets ensuring project delivery aligns with contracts and policies.

Duties Include:
- Ensure contract compliance and governance.
- Assist in lifecycle planning and works oversight.
- Audit reports and assist with invoicing.
- Board reports
- Board meetings.
- Stakeholders liasion
- Manage project variations.
- Quality assurance, compliance
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in a role within facilities management and PFI contracts
- In-depth knowledge of facilities PFI contracts including PFI standards and regulations
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Legal agreement comprehension.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Understanding of technical and FM obligations.
- Adaptability and multitasking.
- Keen eye for detail
