The Role: Chief Engineer
Location: London
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 pa DOE
Sector: Property – High End Residential
About the company:
Our client is a property developer who focus on predominantly high-end residential buildings and is seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to join their growing team. Majority of our clients’ developments are central London based however the successful candidate will be responsible for a development in the heart of Kensington, London.
About the role:
As a Chief Engineer you will play a massive part of the exciting new opening and managing the smooth day to day operation of the building and provide leadership onsite for mechanical and electrical services. This role will suit a particular candidate who has an eye for attention to detail as well as not afraid to get stuck in when needed!
The Successful Chief Engineer:
- Electrical qualification – ideally City & Guilds or equivalent
- At least 4 years’ experience having worked within a 5* luxury hotel or high end residential
- IOSHH qualified
- Previous experience leading a team of engineers
- A general all-rounder who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty if needed!
