Our client, one of the largest property & real estate maintenance organisations operating globally, have a requirement for a mechanical bias multi-skilled engineer to be based at a high profile commercial building in Central London. Based at an iconic building close to London Bridge station, the company are responsible for planned and reactive services to landlord and some tenant service areas. The role has become available due to the incumbent moving to a different site within the business, and guideline salary is circa £45-50,000 plus some overtime potential. Along with remuneration, the package also includes a pension scheme and training courses to further develop.
Candidates will be fully qualified in mechanical engineering or air conditioning, ideally through a full apprenticeship, with at least five years of commercial M&E/Building Services maintenance experience. Along with core training certificates, additional qualifications such as F-Gas, L8 Water Treatment, Mechanical / Pressure Systems AP, etc will all be beneficial and particular working experience will include:
Pumps, Air Handling & Fan Coil Units, BMS Operation, Pressurisation Units, Water Treatment including Cooling Towers, 1st line Chiller & Boiler maintenance, VAV/VRFs, L/M/HTHW, Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, etc.
