Our customer are a well established and growing commercial real estate consultancy, looking to bolster their London M&E team. Due to significant new awards and a growing order book going into late 2021 and beyond, the organization seek a fully qualified M&E engineer to join their team of M&E Senior Engineers to support existing client base, of both property owners and managing agents. Guideline salary is circa £52-55k basic along with other benefits such as healthcare and training to further engineering qualifications, potentially through degree/incorporated engineer/chartered status.
Candidates will be fully qualified in either electrical or mechanical engineering, ideally through a full apprenticeship, and with three years of experience of supervising/managing within technical services for a consultancy, managing agent or M&E services provider. Along with core electrical/mechanical certificates, additional training such as IOSH/NEBOSH, PRINCE2, etc will all be beneficial.
