We are currently looking for a new Facilities Coordinator to join our on site team here at our commercial office for a prestigious social media account in Central London. Here you will be tasked with planning works for engineers across both commercial & domestic contracts as well as Front Desk Management and Event Coordination.
Duties will include:
- Orienteering PPM records
- CAFM Systems
- Reports and Logbooks
- Scheduling works
- Organising reactive jobs
- Purchase Orders
- Invoicing works
